Wake up to this Winter Warmer brekkie

Slow cooker Apple & Cinnamon Oats

1 cup of oats
2 red apples peels and cored
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup (or honey or another sweetener)

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir. Turn on low and cook overnight for 7-8 hours.

Makes 2 servings.
