Do you sometimes feel like you have a million things going on and you feel like you’re not making progress in any of them? What is that one thing that you need to FOCUS on that is blocking you from making progress?
Socrates said “The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but building the new.”
Pick the area that you want to have progress in first. So for me, my health has been a block for me in the past and stopped me from doing so many other things I wanted to do. But by focusing on my health and by feeling better, it’s been able to support me in other things.
So what is it that you need to focus on in getting better and in setting a goal around in order to support all of the other things you want to focus on? For example, growing your business, getting more creative, having better relationships. Except that every time you go to do that your health is holding you back or you’re too tired and you don’t have the energy for it.
Your first focus is making progress on your health. Getting more sleep, eating better food, getting better nutrition, drinking more water, getting in some exercise etc. Schedule it in to your day even if it’s only 30 minutes. But as long as you are making progress in one area, you are achieving.

Say “no” for a little while to the 100 other good ideas, weekends, parties, people etc and say “yes” to focusing on that one area in your life where you will make progress. This will make you happy!
